Yuri Rabinovitch
President and Chief Executive Officer

Yuri is responsible for the overall vision, strategy, and leadership of Spectrum Systems, a technology solutions provider.

Yuri is one of the company founders in creating Spectrum Systems in 1994. He is responsible for technology leadership in areas of data communications, system integration and multilayered distributed systems architecture. He has been a key player for large scale and complex projects for many clients in fields of data processing and modeling, telecommunications and financial services. He has a proven history of successful system deliveries.

More recently, Yuri assembled and led teams of professionals who have been instrumental in achieving success on such challenging projects at SWIFT, the financial industry's mission critical messaging infrastructure, and at SBC, large scale telecommunications provider. Yuri served as the Chief Technology officer of CommunicationsCom which is focused on early stage development and advancements in the internet for multi purpose data and voice communications.

Yuri holds a Ph.D. in Computer Science from the Institute of Control Computers of Russian Academy of Sciences at Moscow (with thesis in the field of computer simulation) and a MS in Computer Mathematics from Moscow Institute of Cybernetics.

Vit Kantor
Founder and Managing Partner

Vit co-founded Spectrum Systems in 1994. He is responsible for technology leadership in the areas of information security and communications.

Vit assembled and led teams of professionals that have been instrumental in implementing IT security and communications solutions at SWIFT, SBC/Ameritech, Silicon Valley Bank, Lucent, Sprint. The solutions developed cover the entire range of an enterprise security needs from network security to data protection to user authentication and authorization in wired and wireless communication environments.

Vit served as the Chief Technology Officer of a startup company Guardone.com that in 1999 - 2000 delivered one of the first web content analysis products on the market. He is regularly involved in advising startup companies in the area of IT Security and Compliance. He also performs due diligence analysis of startup companies on behalf of venture capital funds.

Vit holds a M.S. in Computer Science from Moscow Institute of Cybernetics.
