In addition, Spectrum has established a development organization in Moscow suburb, Zelenograd. Zelenograd (translated as Green City) is viewed by many as Russia's "Silicon Valley ". It is located 20 miles from Moscow's center, and is close to the Moscow international airport.
Our outsourced development process is setup in a way that strives to enable minimal adverse affects of linguistics and time difference - related barriers for our clients. In addition to offshore resources we always use sufficient local staff - project managers, product architects, etc. - to ensure that nothing is "lost in translation".
We have a cooperation agreement with the Moscow Institute of Electronic Technology, one of the leading Russian technical universities. Our experience says that any successful development capability is supported by an association with an excellent university.
